Every customer has different needs and we provide several different services. Some windows are behind bushes and require ladders. It can be twice as hard to reach one window compared to a neighbor’s house with the same design. Some windows have hard water stains and wind breezes from the ocean will salt up a window fast requiring almost weekly cleanings. Windows that were never maintained may become uncleanable as some damage is unrepairable. Our Crew leaders will always make you aware of special requirements and any case by case Issue. If you feel you do not understand certain selections or would like to mix and match itemized services, just give us a call and we will take care of the rest.
Please keep in mind that no matter what happens let us know at the office and we will send the crew back to make it right.
Here at the office we can not see how bad the rain is at your residence. If you feel the rain will dirty your windows, then feel free to give us a call and we will reschedule your appointment. The crew leaders will only cancel if there is a danger or the rain is excessive for the day. Usually waiting ten minutes will allow most cleaning appointments to continue.
Keep in mind, letting the gate know that Mikes Window Cleaning is coming is vital to completing service. We will call the day before to remind you about requesting gate access, but any denied access may result in the appointment being skipped and rescheduled for the end of the day or another day entirely if necessary.

We use light dish detergents diluted in water for cleaning windows and chlorine for our chemical pressure clean requests. Please keep in mind that plants are always hosed to dilute and mitigate any harm done to your landscaping. Window soap has never bothered any plants as its such a small amount.
We provide an assortment of services for many customers. To accommodate everyone, we have developed a system that keeps the price of a window cleaning down, while allowing for upgrades to other services that most customers may not need. To do this, items like Tracks and Frames are not included in your window price. If they need cleaning beyond the touch of a rag, there is a charge to scrub them. Tracks and frames with lots of mold, mildew, or dirt like debris may require a pressure cleaning service.
We perform free onsite estimates as each window is different. Many homes may have the same design but different windows, different sun and shade, different plants and different sprinklers all change the health of the window. We make sure each window gets the attention it needs and that you do not pay for anything extra. To perform the service, we require at least $50 minimum for window cleaning and $75 minimum for pressure cleaning services.
